Advance Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, IT or related subject. Minimum 8 years of work experience with at least 4 years in managerial capacity to plan, manage, install and maintain the IT and Telecom infrastructure of the organization. The candidate should have significant experience in the design, development, operation, and optimization of large scale networks, especially in multinational environments.

Experience of working in Academia and the implementation of ICTs in a research environment would be preferred.
