        Anywhere in HEC, including Regional Centres located at Karachi, Lahore,  Peshawar and Quetta.

• At least a BS degree (16 years education) or equivalent, in any discipline.
• 15 years total work experience, with a minimum experience of 3 years as either (a) the head of a university or a reputable private sector or civil society organisation or (b) at Grade 22 or equivalent in a public sector organisation other than universities.
• A PhD degree is not required but will confer a significant advantage if from a high-quality university.
• Demonstrable evidence of high national and international recognition and networking.
• Familiarity with the functioning of higher education institutions, including relevant policies, laws, regulations, and institutional processes.
• A distinguished record of experience at the highest level of professional integrity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

        Anywhere in HEC, including Regional Centres located at Karachi, Lahore,  Peshawar and Quetta.

Master’s degree with 17 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in a Government / Semi-Government / Public Sector Organisation / Autonomous Body / Corporation.
