Call For nomination for training of trainers


With Reference to President of Pakistan's meeting with all Vice Chancellors 'committee held on 26th August 2021 decisions were taken regarding Drug Use in Educational Institutions. Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad through its National Institute of Psychology and National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE) were advised to start specialized trainings of counsellors/Psychologists in drug related counseling. After mutual understandings, phase 1 of trainings is being announced. Nominations for registration are requested from all universities and post graduate colleges. 1st workshop will be held on last week of January 2022.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Regular Faculty members (BPS/TTS) with minimum qualification of M.Phil/MS in Psychology/Sociology / Social Work from any HEC recognized Universities/Post Graduate Colleges of Pakistan and AJK are eligible.
  • Participants with significant Research Work/Projects/Clinical Experience/Teaching related to Drug Addiction during last 5 years will be preferred.

Short listed candidates will be invited for the Training Course.
